All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2pm MST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All Clay Fine Jewelry orders are fully insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sales@clayfinejewelry.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
